Independent Technology & Equity Research · Est. 2026

Deep research.
Written conviction.

Swasa Capital publishes full-length investment theses on technology and quality-compounder businesses: explicit verdicts, price targets, pre-mortems, and a dated journal that scores every call against reality. Independent. Personal capital only.

01 · The Firm

Research written to be owned.

Most stock research is written to be sold: fast takes, headline reactions, ratings that quietly disappear when they age badly. Swasa Capital works the other way. Every company covered receives a full-length written thesis: what the business actually does, the moat and its durability, the financial engine, valuation across bear, base and bull cases, and a pre-mortem that states, in advance, what would prove the thesis wrong.

Nothing is deleted and nothing is rewritten after the fact. When earnings land or facts change, a dated journal entry is appended to the original report. The record stays honest, and the scoreboard is public to every reader of the library.

Swasa Capital is not a business, an investment adviser, a broker-dealer, or a fund. It is a private, personal research notebook. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a solicitation to buy or sell any security.

02 · The Method

Three disciplines, every time.

I

The Deep Dive

A 13-section written thesis: business, industry, moat, financials, growth algorithm, valuation, risks, and a bear-case pre-mortem. The same structure for every company, so nothing is skipped.

II

The Verdict

Every report ends in an explicit call (Buy, Accumulate, Hold, or Avoid) with a 12-month base target, scenario range, and the entry level where the math works. No hedging.

III

The Journal

Each thesis stays alive. Earnings, guidance changes and thesis-testing events are logged as dated updates on the original report, so every reader can see how the call aged.

03 · The Founders

Where “Swasa” comes from.

The name is the family, spelled in order. Swasa Capital is what happens when a household of engineers treats its own savings with the same rigor it brings to shipping software.
